Delivery Across India: We deliver books to almost every corner of India using reliable courier partners. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town, we aim to get your books to your doorstep.
Dispatch Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. If a book is out of stock or requires sourcing, we will inform you immediately.
Delivery Timeline: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

We take great care in packing and dispatching your books. However, if you face any issues, please refer to our return and replacement policy below:

Damaged or Wrong Item Received: If the book you receive is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. Email us photos of the issue at mail@sbspublishers.com or updates@sbspublishers.com. We will offer a free replacement or appropriate resolution.
Returns Eligibility: We currently offer replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect books. General returns or cancellations after dispatch are not accepted.
How to Request a Return/Replacement: Simply reach out to our team with your order details and clear images of the issue. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process of getting a replacement.
